THIS IS A FAMILY Home We have ,3 kids between 14 and 8 years so our home can be a bit busy at times bear that in mind but we are pretty chilled. Into fitness? Great local parks for running and a couple of good gyms locally one 5 mins and acouple 15 mins away. There is a Lidl about 10 mins away on foot or 5 in the car. We have lived in our lovely family home for the past 12 years, it's a fairly quiet area and we find the location handy for nearby Streatham and Tooting / Balham / Wimbledon as well as heading out to Surrey with great local parks and transport. There's a nice bright kitchen and lounge area leading out the back to a garden which is a great space to enjoy We are a friendly, busy Christian family and we're experienced at hosting lodgers for short and longer terms from London and across Europe and people of different ages from Students to older.. We are a pretty chilled out family and we want our lodger to feel at home. There are some great local amenities and parks in the area, Tooting is local (great food and pubs / market) with overground services( a 10 min walk) and the underground at Tooting Broadway nearby as well as a variety of great shops and restaurants are just a 15-20 min walk. The nearest bus stops running frequently into London are a few mins away.
