More about the accommodation:
A large single room with ensuite is coming available in my Cottage four miles from the Suffolk Coast on the edge of Trimley St Martin village.
The room is about 12ft X 10ft and can be furnished or unfurnished, if you have your own furniture. It has a fitted cupboard. The ensuite has a good-sized shower, basin and loo.
There is a television point in the room and fast broadband.
You will have two cupboards in the kitchen and your own space in the fridge and freezer. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, outside drying space and off street parking inside this enclosed property.
There is a large garden, terraces front and back and the whole property is away from the road as it is down a private track and behind another property and a boatyard.
The nearest supermarket is 2 miles away, a Tesco's 6 miles away. There are busses passing the end of the drive which go to Felixstowe (4 miles) Ipswich (8 miles) and Woodbridge, (about 10 miles). If you like walking there is a nice 1 mile walk to the river Orwell through an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
One of the reasons why I planned to have lodgers is because I have an affectionate cat which I don't like to leave on her own when I go away to work meetings or weekends. I ask lodgers to look after her while I am away.

The house is owned by me, a Christian woman (60s) who lives in the house. I am now retired but previously worked for a company that builds natural swimming pools. Before that I worked for DEFRA, and before that was a garden designer and teacher of horticulture between stints with Youth With A Mission, Tear Fund and various other jobs. I am attached to Ellel Ministries as a Prayer Minister and frequently go down to their Glyndley Manor base in East Sussex and am on the Prayer Ministry team at my church.
