A nice cosy, 3 bedroom house, a short bus/bike ride or 20 minute walk to Warwick and Leamington Spa town centres. Quiet street and nice neighbours. I am a single and work locally and I am open to whom I rent the spare room to; a pleasant, respectful, clean and honest person are the main qualities I am looking for. This will be an ideal lodging for someone new to the area who wants somewhere to stay for a few months whilst they get to know the area and decide where they would like to live longer term, or for someone looking for up to a year longer term One months notice only needed if you choose to move elsewhere.

Not much to say as just me. I am easy going guy - I enjoy my music and movies, writing and outdoor activities. I like a clean and cosy house, but not obsessive and the privacy of your room will be respected. Very few house rules but will hope the few I have (for hygiene purposes) will be respected. I have a well kept garden you'd be welcome to enjoy in the warmer months. Room is currently in use for storage but a good size and hard to get a photo (angle-wise) that will do room justice. So will happily do a video call to anyone interested. Room is unfurnished but has a built in cupboard with hanger rail and there is a second- hand furniture shop nearby that does very good quality (almost new) single and double beds at a very reasonable price; contribution to this is open to negotiation.
