We are looking for a responsible tenant who would like to enjoy this lovely clean and quiet 4-bedroom home. The current tenants are all young professional females, so would prefer a potential housemate to also be female.
The rent is £480 a month per room, with another £110 a month paid towards bills. The bills amount includes council tax (band A), gas and electric, water and wifi and can change depending on use. The deposit will be £550. There are great transport links in this area of Heaton and good access to shops/supermarkets too.

We are a friendly household who also value our own space and work/study commitments. We enjoy keeping a clean and quiet house. Drinking and partying is not our scene, however we are very good at cooking roast dinners and baking and love hot chocolate!
