Bright, clean comfortable, freshly decorated fully furnished room overlooking garden with very good transport links. Furnished with bed ( can be single or double bed dependent on preference, desk, bookcase & wall lamp, mirror, lamp, kettle, bin, storage baskets/tins and shoe rack.
Fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster etc in kitchen. Dishwasher to be installed shortly. Lovely area, surrounded by parks and the common.
£650 per month for regular lodger or £575 per month for a Mon - Friday lodger - this is not an Airb&b let or for people who are looking for a stopgap short term room. Very safe area, Neighbourhood watch scheme.
Room can only be let to full time workers or students. Its also not suitable for WFH apart from 1 day per week WFH. Available June 2024 onwards. IN person viewings only.
