situated in a quiet residential street. Both rooms will share a bathroom. And we have over 4 floors. 2 other bathrooms at first/ top floor.

Our house have 2 very chill and loving rag dolls cats and a lovely / polite 11 y old girls. An Italian lodger IT guru Christian brother 27y. We are very relaxed family..we take security and safety seriously .i am an artist. we do missions out reach with our church sometimes. We host fellowship group from time to time, mentoring and worship service at home. There is a piano and a guitar in the house for lodgers who likes to worship .
From time to time i give surplus food from charity collections. Or share meals together.

For the security House -Those mentioned in the lists below are not permitted
smoking, stealing, illegal drugs, new age and witchcraft practices objects and books.

This house is shared open kitchen living / dining room extended to garden . A contemporary simple design in Victorian detached house. Has front and back garden.

One month Notice for both to terminate .
all bills included, within reasonable usage.
Any excessive usage of electric ie halogen heating is not permitted.

Zone 2 - on northern line.
Tufnell park station is 2 mins walk, many bus 20 mins to central london.
next to tube station has bus 390,134 , 4 etc about 15 min bus down kings cross 35 min bus to Victoria station.
10-20 mins walk to both camden town, Kentish town tube station / railway and archway tube station.

There are many parks around, beautiful Hampstead Heath is 15 mins walk away, Whittington park about 7 mins walk away.Tufnell Park field with outdoor gym equipments and tennis courts. Basketball courts 5 minutes walk , local bakery, pharmacy, cafe, post office, restaurant, designer boutique cloth and stationary shop. Pizza and fast food lots supermarkets all nearby within 2-5 mins walk.. Restaurants,/take away ..

Kitchen- i supply simple kitchen essentials shared -salt, cooking oil, pots, plates. BBQ grill in the garden. Commond fridge and freezer and oven or air fryer. details will be mention when viewing.
lodgers should have supplies of their own toilet paper in case . Washing powder. However toilet rolls will be provided for general use from time to time . You have your own shelve.

Please read important notice *** Rent should be paid in full one month in advance and that is not refundable.
To terminate-One month notice for both party. The notice shall be given with the advance rent to be paid in full.

Deposit will be refunded within 7 days after lodger moved out.
