More about the accommodation:

Our house have a cat and a lovely / polite 11 y old girls.. We are very relaxed family.. I am an artist. we do missions out reach with our church sometimes. We host fellowship group from time to time, mentoring and worship service at home. There is a piano in the house for all who can play and worship God.

At present There are 2 male lodgers from Italy cartoonist 27 and Hong Kong British medical student 21 . Sometimes We provide sandwiches and food for free, if I am collecting as church charities.

Those mentioned in the lists below are banned please take heed for this is house of prayer and worship, therefore No- smoking , drugs , new age and witchcraft practices, foreign God /idols objects / books, fornication, boy or girl friend stay overnight. Etc. it will be thrown out if found and anyone who did the list above will be terminates the lodger term in this house immediately.


The 5 bedrooms house is open kitchen living / dining room extended to garden . A contemporay simple design in Victorian house. Quite residential street..
One month Notice for both to terminate .
all bills included, within reasonable usage.
Any excessive usage of electric
( frequently light or heating or cooking oven left on unattended for long period time will incurred extra charge)

Zone 2 - on northern line.
Tufnell park station is 2 mins walk, many bus to town and stations.
next to tube station has bus 390,134 , 4 etc about 15 min bus down kings cross 35 min bus to Victoria station.
10-20 mins walk to both camden town, Kentish town tube station / railway and archway tube station.

There are many parks around, hamsptead Heath is 15 mins walk away, Whittington park about 7 mins walk away Tufnell Park field with outdoor gym equipments and tennis courts. Basketball courts 5 minutes walk , local bakery, pharmacy, cafe, restaurant, designer cloth and stationary shop. many supermarkets all nearby within 2-5 mins walk.. Restaurants, take away etc.

At moment we attend Holy nation church in victoria, part of assembly of God , evangelical church.
We were at all souls church in langham place. Church of England

simple kitchen essentials shared -salt, cooking oil, pots, plates. BBQ grill in the garden . details will be mention when viewing the room.
lodgers provide their own toilet paper. However toilet rolls will be provided for general use from tim to time.

We provide furniture, can provide duvet, pillow if needed.

Please read important notice *** Rent should be paid in full one month in advance and that is not refundable.
One month notice for both party. The notice shall be given with the advance rent to be paid in full.

Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after lodger moved out, any damage of goods or furnitures left over in the room will be deducted from the deposit for disposal by council . or lodger can mend or replace the damage before move out. The room should be clean when moving out or can agree cleaning repairs fees £30-50. Depends on the conditions of room.

Any unreasonable usage of electricity will be ended to pay extra. Ie ( light or electronic items left on while outing's , heating on high power for long time while open the window in the winter. ) left oven or stove running burning without attending.
