More about the accommodation:

I've lived in this happy, cosy terrace house since 2020. The landlord Viv and her husband Stew are fantastic. By far the best landlord I've ever had. The house is well-maintained by them. The decor is very slightly different from the photos - a couple of furniture and art changes - I'll try and upload updated photos soon. The bedroom is unfurnished so you'll need your own furniture for the room.

Earlsdon is a great place to live. I very much recommend it. Earlsdon centre has nice restaurants and cafes, a Co-op, and some nice charity shops. The house is in walking distance of Canley and Coventry Station, there are good bus routes, and it's also walkable to the city centre.

Note: I'm not sure what the deposit will be. I need to find out. The £170 is approximate - the gas/electric bill obviously goes up and down depending on the season.

More about the household:

My lovely housemate is moving out to get married so I'm looking for a new housemate. It's definitely not a lodger situation. I'm very much looking for someone who will see this is as much as their home as mine. 😊

In terms of me, I love movie nights, an occasional games evening, and cooking for people. I also love snuggling up with a book, and I attempt to write fiction in my spare time. A social introvert! I'm a lover of mini-adventures, I find joy in the small things, and I have a silly sense of humour.
