More about the accommodation:
Lovely terraced 3 bedroom home with two bathrooms in the heart of Moseley. There are many lovely cafes and restaurants near by and Cannon Hill Park is only a short walk away. Moseley has a private gardens where there are music festivals and a tennis club. Public transport is excellent with regular buses to the city centre and a new train station due to open soon.
The room is a large double. Option of either taking the ensuite loft room once it's been redone, or the double at the front below depending on preferences regarding rent. I am open to discussion regarding this because the most important thing for me is to have a welcoming home and a sense of family/community within it. There will be a spare room kept for guests (and laundry drying!) and I'd like to get a cleaner.

I am a junior doctor working at Birmingham Women's Hospital and nearing consultant level. I'm very sociable and love sharing good food, cycling, running, swimming, tennis, talking about faith and becoming more like Jesus and travel. Work is quite full on but thankful to be able to work 80% (still around 40h a week!) but it does mean I am a day sleeper a few days a month when on night shifts
