The train station is 1 mile away with trains to Manchester, Crewe. Stockport, Manchester Airport etc. There are also buses available. There are local shops and takeaways and the main shopping areas are only a 15 minute walk away.
The house has all facilities available with a shared kitchen, shower room and an additional separate toilet. There is a driveway for 1 car and a small park across the road. There is a shared lounge and a separate snug/seating are. Also seating in the garden.
