Available from 1 May (or slightly earlier if needed). Room is large, with three double wardrobes for storage (there is an attic for additional storage).
House comes with renovated lounge, kitchen, and private garden. The rent is £880 including council tax. You would take over my lease until end of 2024, with option to renew. This is a great value for the size of the house and location, as current tenants have stayed here 7+ years, and family landlord is very responsive.
