A modern and cosy house in the heart of Garforth. The room offered has a double bed and you would have the bathroom next door to yourself. There is a spacious lounge area and well equipped kitchen as well as a downstairs toilet. There is also a lovely sunny garden. The area is very quiet and safe and there are two car parking spaces outside. All bills as well as council tax, Wifi and TV license are included. Garforth is a lovely community with everything you need on your doorstep. It has fast and regular transport links to Leeds, York, Hull, Bradford, Manchester etc.

I work with the local church and a local Christian charity as well as doing a part time Masters in Leeds.
I particularly love dancing and music and like to spend time cooking, baking and enjoying good food. I sometimes work from home.
