You will have majority use of the main bathroom due to another bathroom and downstairs toilet in the property.
The home is located in a new development, there are country walks and nature reserves next to the house with amenities still close by. I am an easy going landlord and housemate looking for someone similar.
Public transport is close by: 5 minute walk from two buses that are regular into Reading town centre and Wokingham / Bracknell. It is a 5 minute drive to junction 11 M4 and Green Park, and 10 minute drive into Reading town Centre.
