New build (2015) maisonette, plenty of parking, quiet estate with lovely walks nearby, short drive/cycle to Addlestone train station, easy access to M25.
The room:
Good sized bedroom, furnished with table, desk, cupboard, full body mirror.
The shared space:
Fully furnished home, good Wi-Fi (not fibre sadly), large sofa / decent TV.
Rent is £500 + bills. I live very frugally, so depending on how similar you are in that aspect, the bills could vary a lot. Happy to discuss the breakdown.

I work in IT for a Christian Charity, and mainly work from home in my room.
