The house has a bathroom, shower room and downstairs w/c, living/dining room, two additional reception rooms (currently used as office space for working/studying from home), and a garden with large shed. There's also parking available in the church car park over the street.
The bedroom will have a double bed and has a built-in wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished.
There is one large bathroom with toilet and bath/shower upstairs, one shower room, and a toilet downstairs
Rent is £550pcm including all bills.

You will be living with Rachel (Artist & Photography teacher), Vikki (library assistant/ mature student history)and Julia (languages teacher) We are all in our late twenties/ early thirties.
We attend St. Adrews & Christchurch.
We try to organise a house meal or activity once a month (or two) depending on schedules.
We are all quite introverted but get on well. Someone is always around to chat at meal times or watch a tv show.
