This is a self-contained studio, with small private garden, attached to a family home.

It has an open-plan living area with kitchenette and bathroom with shower bath. The room is furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk/table and chair, with the option of keeping the previous tenants sofa or replacing with a sofabed or bed. Until now, tenants have opted to sleep on a double mattress on a sleeping platform in the roof space .This is accessed by a secured ladder which can be stored flat against the wall when not in use.
Access is via a locked gate at side of house, through a narrow side passage and in through your garden and patio doors. The garden has patio and flowerbeds, with the possibility of a small shed for further storage.

The rent is payable to the landlady ( me) and a share of the council tax , energy bills, internet etc payable to the family in the house. At the moment this is £130 a month.

It's important that the new tenant and the family in the house are comfortable with each other, so you would meet them when you come for a viewing.

There is free on-street parking outside the house. We are 1 miles from J1 of the M3 and from Feltham Station. 5 minute walk to bus stop for High St, Station and Tube.
