Private downstairs living space, located in Stanstead Abbotts village, SG12 8JD, 40 min train ride from nearby St Margaret's Herts to Liverpool St Station, in house share with 1 other separate living space upstairs (occupied by a quiet single Christian woman who works long hours).
The downstairs living space has a large bedroom, private shower room and large private kitchen / dining / living area with direct access to the garden.
The entrance to the house is shared, as is use of the washing machine and tumble dryer and garden (with access through the side gate).
Bills are shared with the downstairs tenants. Gas and electricity averages £75 per living space pcm and water approx. £7.50 pcm.
It would suit a single woman or married couple, ideally who are involved in Christian ministry.
The house is also close to All Nations Christian College and its library and the market town of Ware.
