A light and airy, furnished double room available now with great hill views. Situated within a quiet cul de sac on the edge of Colyton, with a large garden, patio area and off-road parking. Good bus network and 10 minute drive from the sea.
Looking for a professional female who is welcome to share the living space with us or keep themselves to themselves. It's a furnished room with a desk and plenty of storage.
New kitchen, updated bathroom, wood burner, washing machine. Large garden overlooking the Coly valley. We have dogs and would consider pets if you have them. Non-smoker preferred. Bedding and towels available if needed.
Lots of walking routes in the area and a 10-15 minute walk to Colyford/Colyton where there are shops, post offices, butchers, library, and country pubs. 20 minute drive to Honiton and 15 to Axminster. 45 minute to Exeter.
