More about the accommodation:

We are looking for a young professional female to join us in our house. The vision of the house is that we are a community, like a family. We eat dinner together most nights and we have regular house nights where we intentionally spend time together, either playing a game, watching a film or occasionally doing craft. We also have prayer nights where we pray and worship together. We are both introverts, so we like our own space, but we do like to hang out and be family together too.
The house has a living room and a large kitchen. There is a garden with a shed, where we store our bikes. The bedroom on offer is large. It's at the back of the house and overlooks the garden. All the furniture except the white bedside table is staying. The wooden chair can be used with the desk, or you can bring your own desk chair.
There is a driveway at the front with space for 3 cars (as long as they're all small!)
We share out the household jobs like cleaning and I'd love it if you fancied doing some gardening too!

More about the household:

I have recently started getting back into work as a peripatetic music teacher, after having been off with long covid. My lessons are currently away from home. In the future there may be a few people who come to the house for lessons too. I love music and I love to play my instruments, particularly the flute, so that's something you'll have to not mind hearing around the house! I like reading, watching films, learning languages, doing craft and I look forward to being able to get involved in lots of ways again at church when my energy allows.
My other lodger works long hours in a nursery and likes to stay in and relax in her spare time.
We are young at heart and like having fun together, for example when we had a Miranda party for my birthday and tried out lots of silly Miranda games. We also like Jane Austen, Harry Potter, Friends, Mamma Mia etc.
