This is a quiet self-contained private annex off the main house. With a large reception room, with fitted kitchen, there are stairs to a double bedroom and bathroom. Good WiFi. It is well furnished.
A peaceful setting, both bedroom and reception room have stunning views over Otmoor. The owner works for the University of Oxford and has a well behaved dog. There is ample off street parking and access to the front garden and is surrounded by great walking and cycling.
The Marylebone line runs from the next village, Islip, with trains direct to London or Oxford (Islip is 10 minutes away). Beckley is a 10 minutes by car from central Headington, 20 minutes to central Oxford.
The right tennant is the most important, we would also consider a weekly commuter too. All ultility bills, including wifi, are included.
