Hello! I am a primary teacher based in Lancaster. The landlady lives away and visits from time to time to make sure the house and things is ok. It's a 3 bed house in the town centre with 2 room available. The landlady deals with all bills apart from some council tax and monitors the gas and electricity usage.
I like home cooking and when not working, I go walking or hiking or sometimes church bellringing. I enjoy reading. I go swimming on a Sunday morning to keep in trim and occasionally do a bit of ballroom dancing in Lancaster or ice skating in Blackburn. I also like to go to the beach on a long walk. I am involved in children's activities in church.
15 minute walk to train station.
Car parking requires a residents' permit at £25.
