This is a Victorian mid terrace shared house which has been a great student share for our daughter and her friends. All graduated now. Cosy and bright, the rear faces south so the house is generally sunlit.
It is located just a very short walk (10 mins) to the central University of Liverpool Campus. Only 5 mins to The Royal Hospital and the nearest Tesco! 1 minute to the local corner shop. The rail station and central Liverpool is a 15 minute walk. Seconds away from major bus routes on Kensington Road.
It's in a quiet no-through road in the conservation area called Kensington Fields with cobbled streets and restricted parking. Every resident can get a free permit to park In the street, no time limits.
Fully furnished, this house has four bedrooms and a lounge to share. Brand new double oven, and new flooring through the kitchen and bathroom. There is a good sized newly refurbished shower room, separate wc. This upstairs bedroom has a single bed. The almost new mattress is very comfortable memory foam. The room has a desk, office chair, pin board and storage space. It has the use of a landing cupboard also. Neutral colour scheme.
There is a small backyard and a gate to the alley.
Brand new gas boiler and super fast broadband. Radiators in every room.
Electricity, gas, water and broadband bills are all included. Council Tax is not included. Students are exempt from paying Council Tax but need to show their course number and dates.

One household member was a student friend of our daughter and has lived here for two years. She now works for a Christian charity.
Another works for St James admin team. The third works for the department for education. They're all in their mid 20s, very friendly and warm, and attend the church.
