This is a 4 bedroom end terrace. It has a galley kitchen with a cosy lounge/dining area with a woodburner. There is some extra storage room in the dry basement.
The bedroom is quite a large room on the top floor. The room has its own ensuite bathroom. It has a double bed, with an open wardrobe and desk. It also has its own small lounge/seating area,
The room is very quiet being at the top of the house, and has an amazing view towards the city centre.
It measures 5.4m x 4.6m including the bathroom.
Broadband is 200MB/s Virgin cable so fast and reliable.
Location is about a 15 minute cycle from Birmingham City Centre, University and QE hospital.
Also it is on the border of Moseley which is a cool place, and it has the lovely Cannon Hill park just a few minutes walk away. As is the local Aldi and the Edgbaston Cricket ground
George Street is quiet and friendly.

You would be sharing with three guys, who are all committed Christians and young professionals, though two are also studying.
We keep a small 5th bedroom room as a guest room should anyone have a friend visit or to help out the local missionary agency who sometimes need to put up a missionary.
The house is run democratically and in recent years has had shared meals, cooking, cleaning, shopping etc. Currently there are no shared meals but cleaning is done on a rota basis.
