More about the accommodation seeker:
Hi there,
My name is Tanii and I am a 33years old professional who works as a tree surgeon in different London boroughs eg. Westminster, Haringey or we often have Jobs in Hackney and Tower Hamlet areas or sometimes in Newham.
I lead a healthy lifestyle and I strive to eat, dress, consume goods of local, ethical, sustainable sources. I love art & nature and I studied Environmental Conservation and Countryside Management at Capel Manor College, which got me into tree work. I like to read, go for walks, travel, spend time with my cat or do my bookbinding or other craft projects in my free time.
Due to my work I often rise early and sleep early. I am a fairly introvert person, but I appreciate community and social life. I like to share things with others, cook for each other or I appreciate a good talk or hangout. I am a vegetarian.
I have a 20yrs old cat , Bow who'd be coming with me. She was a gift from the Lord and I adopted her about 6 yrs ago. She's very well behaved, fully indoors and is very much house trained. Due to her breed, she doesn't shed much and we prefer to keep everything clean! All cleaning after her & myself is my own responsibility & I will not expect others to have to do things for Bow. She'd be mainly in my room with all her belongings (including the litterbox), although she may venture out to communal areas and pick her spot or people she likes.
An en suite bathroom is preferable and that is due to my work + schedule. I'd also be interested in renting a studio flat or a layout in a houseshare similar to that where I can "contain myself". Other, than my dirty outdoorsy work, I am very clean and tidy and I'm super happy to contribute to homey chores, let that be cleaning, cooking together or decorating.
My budget is fairly small, anything between £400-£900/month for a houseshare and a maximum of £1100 (bills included) for a studio apartment of my own.
Since I work mainly in NE London or in Central & my church is in Maida Vale, I'd prefer to have a home where I can easily access these locations.
Let me know if this piques your interest and get in touch if you have a suitable accommodation for me: a household that welcomes cats (and respects an old, timid cat), that has a room or storage somewhere for a bicycle and perhaps has an en suite. I am a friendly, reliable, clean tenant/flatmate who likes to look after her surrounding including the people I live with or the property I stay in.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes,
Tanii & Bow
