A large double room in comfortable, warm. central heated house in Zone 3. Small garden.
Well covered for public transport. Few minutes from West Ham Station (District & C2C), Plaistow(District), Canning Town (Jubilee/DLR) and buses at top of road to Stratford Station (now covered by Queen Elizabeth Line (connecting to Essex and Heathrow Airport), Stratford International and Central Line plus overhead to Liverpool Street Station. Bus at end of road directly to Newham General Hospital (10 mins) and in opposite direction to Homerton Hospital (15 mins).
Westfield Shopping Centre at Stratford Station. Olympic Park behind Westfield. All major supermarkets covered and Queens Market at Upton Park (one stop from Plaistow Station) great for sewing materials, haberdashery, fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables.

A friendly, quiet-ish house but not a party one. Nice neighbours. Suit mature, independent male or female past the student mentality stage. Cleaner comes once a week, but holidays not covered, so need to be able to pick up the pieces and deal with keeping house tidy.
My interests: Travel, yoga, Scrabble, bridge and card games, board and dice games, music, films, quiz games, cinema and badminton.
