There is a lovely garden with bike storage available too.
The single bedroom is light and airy, upstairs with built in storage and next door to the bathroom. The property is directly managed by the landlords who live locally and ensure any maintenance or other issues are dealt with straight away.

Current tenants include an administrator for a global drinks company and a University science park chemist. There is a friendly relationship between the tenants and previous tenants have remarked on how much fun it has been living in the house. The house is in a quiet location so is ideal for people currently working from home. It is comfortably furnished with a pretty garden kept up by a gardener paid for by the landlord.
There is a Co-Op, chemists, great bakery, 3 coffee shops, banks, a library, and a frequent bus service to Ikea, Sainsburys, as well as a frequent bus service into Reading and out to the University - all within 10 minute walking distance.
There are a lot of churches in Reading as well as a big shopping centre and a lot of restaurants, cafes and theatres.
There is a wide variety of lively churches of different denominations in the town and near the house.
