Three friendly people Ben, Shara, and Nat live there currently and the Landlord has links to Ichthus Christian fellowship in Forest Hill; The current residents go to Honor Oak Christian Fellowship. at 39 Honor Oak rd. The residents share meals when they can and have a film evening approx 1x per week -(Ben has organised this-free).
There is now a bedroom available to rent. There are beautiful views of London (London eye, St Pauls) from the attic and more from the top of Netherby Rd (the road next to Oakhill). We keep one bedroom spare for visitors and hospitality. There is a family bathroom and separate shower room and separate toilet on the 1st floor. The owner previously lived here when growing up and sometimes stays with her husband to attend to house matters and to return to Ichthus , where she was an active member, with friends in Forest Hill.
