Flat C is on the second floor of a traditional 1910 London building. It has a double bedroom, that gets the morning sun and a single bedroom. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, electric cooker, dish-washer, washing machine and features a dining table in the bay window. There is a separate sittingroom with a TV. The flat has white walls, neutral curtains and laminate flooring carpeted throughout. We always felt very happy and secure living here. It's a lovely flat.

No pets, non-smoking.

The street is a cul-de-sac much like a village, about 5 mins walk from the Bakerloo line, 13 mins from the Central line (zone 2) with resident's parking in the street. Good access to the Westway and M40.

There is a variety of local shops including a post office, dry-cleaners and grocery stores with open parkland 3 mins from the flat.

Bikes can be kept, chained in the front yard. There is an amazing cycle way nearby along the Grand Union Canal to Regents Park and the City, which many of the locals use.

Fully licenced for rental with fire safety inspection certificates etc

Ealing Council Tax Band C - 9 x instalments of approx £121

NB: We have had double-glazed windows added since these photos were taken. They show different furniture but give an impression of the flat.

Recently available as the last family had a baby. Being on the second floor it is not designed for life with a pushchair.

For viewing - please ring Sarkis ASAP, tel 07710499934 - as he thinks this will go fast. He looks after the building and all maintenance.
