The house is only 8-10 mins walk from Fulham Broadway tube (2 mins from the New Kings Rd) and houses a fun family of 4!
The lodger's room is a good sized single bedroom on the top floor which has its own kitchenette. The top floor is shared with our daughter (19yrs) and has its own bathroom. The lodger's room has a TV with DVD, Wifi, desk comfy chair and good storage.
We have had our lodgers for over 18 years.

We have lived here for nearly 20 years and love it - it is a fantastic area!
We are committed members of HTB and have been very involved with Alpha over the years.
We have 2 children aged 19 and 21 (away at Uni) who are very friendly and used to having lodgers around.
