The property is a large semi-detached, five-bedroom house with a garden: a spacious kitchen-diner, a snug living room and one bedroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, and one bedroom in the converted attic. The bedroom available is a spacious double bedroom at the front of the house on the first floor. There is side-gate access to the garden and space to store bikes. There is also permit-holder on-street parking.
The property is close to Midsummer Common and the river Cam in one direction and Chesterton Road in the other direction, which has pubs, cafes and a convenience store. We are a 15 min walk/5min cycle to the city centre and a 40min walk/10min cycle to either Cambridge or Cambridge North train stations.

We’re a house of female Christians in their late 20s/early 30s. We all have different interests, hobbies, and work schedules. We enjoy spending time together, celebrating different seasons, people’s birthdays or hanging out with friends. At the same time, we respect each other’s needs for personal space and downtime. It is important to us to keep the house clean and tidy so that it remains a pleasant space for everyone living here and somewhere we’re happy to invite others round to, so we all have an area of the house we are responsible for cleaning regularly. We value being intentional about building community and making the house feel like a supportive, friendly environment, so we have weekly house dinners where we all come together, and one person takes a turn to cook for the rest.
