Lovley double room in a warm flat and a quite location. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the town centre and only a 10 minute walk to the University of York.
The room includes a bed with storage, a memory foam matress and a built in wardrobe. The room can be rearranged to fit a small desk if needed/wanted. The shared living/dining area will soon have a sofa bed in it which can be used for occasional visitors.
If you are a student that does not pay council tax the rent and deposit will be lowered to £610

Hello, my name is Beth and I am 30 years old. I currently rent the entire flat with permission from the Landlord to sublet the second bedroom to a lodger.
I have recently moved back up to York after being a student here and I currently volunteer for a couple of charities as I am unable to work.
