A beautiful double bedroom in a stylish, characterful penthouse apartment right in the heart of the Quayside. Enjoy stunning views of the Tyne Bridge, Baltic, the Sage and Millennium Bridge from every room, with a roof terrace and a balcony to make the most of the epic surroundings.
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside furniture (a desk can be provided if needed). You’ll share a bright open-plan living and kitchen area, equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, and a shared bathroom.
All bills are included, including high-speed Wi-Fi and optional parking is available nearby.
We’re moments from the Quayside, just a short walk to the city centre, with easy access to cafes, bars, the Sunday Quayside market and riverside walks.
You’ll primarily be sharing with one other lodger. My wife and I are friendly, tidy professionals in our 30s; we’ll be travelling and working on a renovation project, so we will be away from the flat much of the time. We’ll also be taking our happy and energetic dog, Pippin, with us when we travel.
We’re looking for a considerate, like-minded lodger who values a relaxed, respectful and clean home environment. No smoking. Occasional daytime visitors are fine, but no overnight guests.
