More about the accommodation:
My current flatmate is moving out at the end of June as he is getting married. I would be looking for a flatmate for the end of June.
Union Park, SE10 0JA is a two bed modern flat. The neighbourhood is very safe with lots of families and flat has great security with a gated entrance to the front door. The smaller bedroom you will be renting has a double bed. My current flatmate bought the rest of the furniture for the bedroom but may be open to keeping some of the furniture in the bedroom. The flat is near an IKEA so easy to buy furniture and be prepared for the possibility you may to have buy bedroom furniture. We have a storage box outside the flat plus a storage cupboard in the flat which you are welcome to use.
Bills are split with me and will be around £140 per month for you to pay, with £94 for council tax, and the rest for WiFi and electricity. Additionally there are water bills which for 2025 was £168.14 each.
There is a free parking space off-street that comes with the flat which you are free to use. The flat has many buses running past the flat on Woolwich Road which can take you to the North Greenwich Underground stop (Jubilee Line) or the Greenwich DLR. The flat is also a 10 minute walk away from Maze Hill station which is a 20 minute train ride from London Bridge. There is a Sainsburys a minute away from the flat and is right next to lots of cafes, gyms, the local library etc.

More about the household:
My name is Samuel. I enjoy reading, walking, and visiting historical sites. I moved down from Scotland to Greenwich last August and I work for my church as the student & young adult worker. As someone who works for a church, I do work at home around 2 days a week and do use my flat to serve the church. I am a leader of small group leaders own Bible studies (SLOBs) which would happen about once a fortnight on a Monday night in my flat and I about once a month host student nights at my flat on a Sunday evening (of course both of these happen with consultation with my flatmate and with my flatmate's permission, but good to bear these in mind as you consider living with me). I look forward to hearing from you!
