Large ground floor Maisonette with front and rear garden. A little wild 😀. The room is a double as in it is large but the bed currently is a single. I might be able to source a double if that is a factor.
One bathroom with bath and shower. Fridge Freezer and Extra Freezer to share between two.
Twelvish minutes walk to the station five minutes to Asda, ten minutes to Danson Park. Five minutes from The Red House William Morris house. (Out at the moment so if it lets me post without photos I will add them later).
Three Rooms but only one other resident. Plenty of storage.

Just had a friend come and live with me for a bit because he needed somewhere to stay. Decided having someone else in the house was actually quite nice. Plus the rent is nice to help keep me in the manner to which I have become accustomed 😀.
Work for a Christian Mission, out most evenings.
