Hi,
I have a lovely double room in a newly renovated 3 storey house in High Barnet (EN5) south-facing with a nice view. The available room is on the ground floor with a brand new double bed mattress (the mattress in the picture will be removed). There is a bathroom on the ground floor pretty much for your own use (apart from the occasional guest use) as there is a bathroom on every floor.
The house has a shared open plan living room, kitchen – lots of light from the roof lantern and its south-facing and with underfloor heating! It's within walking distance to High Barnet Tube (Northern line) and is quietly tucked away in a cul-de-sac, away from traffic. There is also separate utility room for washing machine.
