Newly renovated two bedroom flat in a peaceful and safe residential neighbourhood in Burnside. It is a 5 minute walk to Burnside train station and a five minute drive to the M74. There is free parking just in front of the building as well as on the street. As it's not a through road, the street is very quiet and only used by those that live on it.

It is also a five minute walk to Burnside main street, which has all the necessary amenities, including a Tesco, butchers and cafes.

The double bedroom has a view over the city, and on a clear day also the hills! It has ample cupboard space, although there is additional storage space available in the flat and an easily accessible loft. The room also comes with a TV and small desk.

There are landscaped grounds surrounding the building, as well as a large area to dry washing in the summer.

The rest of the flat is also light and airy, with the lounge south facing and always flooding with light. The kitchen is newly fitted with ample storage and a dishwasher. The bathroom is a good size and has a bath.

The flat is also just opposite a tennis club, for those into their racquet sports! I am a member and quite involved.

I'm a young professional looking for a female flatmate at a similar stage in life.

I work full time where half the time I work from home. When I work from home I do so from my own room so not to intrude on the shared spaces.

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy so would ideally be looking for a flatmate with the same enthusiasm!

I'm a fairly sociable person and often out during the evenings and weekends, however, that's not to say I don't love an evening in!
