More about the accommodation:
Hello, I am renting out a spacious double bedroom in my two bedroom house in Sheffield S2, the bedroom is upstairs next to the bathroom, which is only shared with me (there is also additional toilet downstairs); downstairs is a lounge, kitchen, additional toilet and utility room with a washing machine. There is also big garden space and an on-street parking. The room has a double bed with storage underneath and a Samsung smart TV. There is also a walk in cupboard with additional wardrobe and shelves, so there is plenty of storage.
The house is located few minutes walk from the local Asda, Pharmacy, Poundland, GP, library, tram stops and bus stops. There are plenty of trams and buses going into the the train station (12 mins ride on a tram) and city centre (15 mins ride). There are also two parks within the walking distance.
I'm a Christian and so would love to share the house with another Christian. I am looking for a female lodger, someone who is working or working & studying, someone who is clean and tidy and likes animals :) I have a three year old yorkshire terrier called Molly who is a very friendly dog, a lovely kitten called Leo and a cat called Lucy. I would ideally like a lodger who is a non smoker, someone who is a responsible, reliable person. I would like to be on friendly terms with the person moving in, so we're not two strangers living in the same house. Please note this isn't student accommodation with parties, etc, but a nice, cosy house which I would like to share with a friendly, peaceful person who would be respectful of my house. Please note the room is for one person only not for couples
The room is available to move in from 30th September, the contract is for three months and then on a monthly rolling basis. Feel free to get in touch to arrange a viewing or if you want to ask me anything. When you message me please tell me something about yourself, how old are you, are you working or studying, why are you moving, your interests, etc. Thank you for taking the time to read my ad, I look forward to hearing from you :)
