The indicative figure of £100 for bills is covering Electricity, Wi-Fi and Factor fees. If you are a student, then there is no council tax to pay, however we would need you to apply to the university for exemption. If you are working, then council tax is payable.
The current flat occupant in the other bedroom is a 3rd year business male student at Strathclyde university.
The flat is in a great central location in Blackfriars Street, in the Merchant City area of Glasgow. It takes approximately 5 minutes to walk to George Square and about the same to walk to Strathclyde University.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 shared shower room and a lounge/ kitchen diner. There is a good Wi-Fi service, large TV complete with some of the sky channels and a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The bedroom on offer has a single bed, fitted wardrobes and a computer desk.
There are many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops literally on the doorstep. Entry to Blackfriars is by a secure entry system externally and again another 2 keyed doors to reach the first floor flat.
The owner of the property is generally down in Glasgow twice a week on business so on hand should he be required to view.
