This is a two bedroom flat in a great location Bruntsfield, near many coffee shops and restaurants. All bills are included and there is permit parking available on street if you wish to apply. I am looking for someone who doesn't have a late bedtime, ideally 10:30pm or 11. No later. I am looking for someone who can have a relaxed conversation once in a while. I am NOT looking to live with a couple. If in a couple please keep your relationship out of the flat. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy. I am looking to be friends with their flatmate too. Be in touch if interested. The flat is a ground floor and ideally situated in the city.

Hello I'm Ian, and I currently live alone in my flat in Bruntsfield and I'm looking for a new flatmate.
I regularly attend Chalmer's Church Edinburgh and have a passion for combat sports, training multiple times a week. I also enjoy watching movies, music, drawing and playing video games, going to the gym.
The flat is a great space and the communal kitchen and living areas are plenty big to accommodate another person. Whilst I enjoy my own company it would be great to have someone else in the flat to chat to. I have mild autism, so we can discuss this.
