Hi everyone, Rene (M30) and I (M34) are looking for a lodger to join us in our flat near Paddington and Edgware Road stations (8 and 12 mins walk from the station, respectively). We are happy to negotiate the duration, we have someone agreed to join us per 1st of January 2025, so ideally would like to fill the gap from June-December but are open to shorter durations too.
We both attend Euston Church. Rene works in a tech consultancy and has done so for the last 5 years. I work for a healthcare consultancy and have done so for the last 8 years.Rent is £950 pcm + £170 bills (includes everything as well as council tax).
The room is 3m*3m, has a single bed with drawers, big desk, big wardrobe and shelves on the wall. If anyone is interested or wants more information, please send me a message!

We are both active members of Euston Church and attend both Sunday services as well as midweek Bible studies. We both like cooking food and enjoy hosting people. Rene likes playing the guitar and I like singing and playing the organ.
I'm from the Netherlands and am 34 years old and Rene is from Malaysia and is 30 years old. We've been friends for about 8 years now. We both have quite a busy schedule, so are often doing our own thing on evenings and weekends. We do like to have a meal together as a house every so often.
