You are welcome to use the books, CDs and DVDs which I have stored there (as long as you don't damage them of course). However, please don't use the consumables (paper etc.) in the writing desk in your room. although please feel free to use the desk itself.
Council tax is about £141 for the flat, therefore £70 per paying person, but only applies if you are not exempt (e.g. student). Bills are currently about £92, therefore £46 per person.
