This is a fully furnished flat with a well-equipped kitchen. There's a dining table in the living room, with 6 chairs. The newly renovated bathroom has a mains-supplied shower over the bath. Heating is gas powered central heating.
The room has a 'small double' bed, a desk and chair, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and plenty of shelves.
The flat is in a quiet tenement in a residential area. It has a shared drying green, some shrubbery, and a small garden, in which I am growing flowers (currently including dhalias, nasturtiums and cornflowers) and a few vegetables (currently there are spinach and kale in the ground). The flat is within walking distance of Aldi, Sainsbury's, the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, and the University of Aberdeen.
