The House is on Sarsfeld Road which is a 10 minute walk from Wandsworth Common Station, Tooting Bec Common, Balham High Road, Balham Overground/Underground Station.

The room has just been renovated.

There is a lounge area, bathroom, kitchen and one extra toilet (handy!) which you would be sharing with 1 other Christian flatmate.

The top half of the house (3rd and 4th floor) is being lived in by myself (28) and my wife (30) and we have our own private bathroom, kitchen and living room.

My father is the landlord although he does not live in the house and he is a Christian Minister - it is important that whoever moves in is a Church-attending Christian.
