Friendly flat in a great location looking for one more. This ground-floor flat is in lovely Limehouse, just around the corner from the historic Grapes pub and LImehouse Basin as well as many walking distance attractions including: 2 minutes from beautiful sunsets on the Thames, 5 minutes from West Ferry DLR station, 15 minutes from offices, shops, and restaurants in Canary Wharf. It has a large, private paved garden with an enclosed grassy area beyond. Internal garden is just for our flat!
Double room is large and comes with dresser, wardrobe, bed, and two night stands with room for additional furniture. Shared bathroom and additional washroom.

Current tenants are friendly and hospitable, making the most of the lounge and garden to host Bible studies, movie nights, and barbecues. Flat has dinner together monthly alongside occasional spirited theological and musical chats. Cleaner comes every two weeks to help maintain the peace, in the meantime tenants endeavour to be both courteous and forgiving about putting away dishes/mess.
