More about the accommodation:
Room available from mid-November in a bright, well kept 2-bed flat in Kingston Upon Thames.
The room available can comfortably fit a small double bed, plus storage. The room itself will be unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is equipped with my furniture. You would have your own bathroom - this isn't ensuite, but you would be the only user, as the other bedroom has its own shower room.
The flat then has an open plan living room-kitchen with appliances. My previous housemate had a desk and extra storage in the lounge, which I'd be happy for us to discuss if needed too :)
The flat is well located in a residential area, just a 10 minute walk into Kingston town centre, and the closest supermarket. Kingston is well set up for shopping and restaurants. We are also in walking distance from the riverside and a small park, and you can take a longer walk to Bushy or Richmond Parks.
Transport wise, it is a 10-15min walk to Kingston train station (which can get you to Wimbledon, Clapham Junction, Richmond), or a short bus ride to Surbiton from the end of the road, where you can get a fast train into Waterloo (20-25mins). Kingston is also on many bus routes around SW London. The flat also has free, off-road parking if you drive.

More about the household:
I have lived in the flat for two years, and am looking for a new housemate!
I work as a HR Manager for a charity, and have called SW London home for 6 years. I am part of a local Vineyard church here.
I like to have a relaxing space to call home. Whilst I do like my own space sometimes (and will respect yours!), I am friendly and enjoy spending time with housemates and friends over food, a film, rubbish TV, a glass of wine or a cuppa - as well as the occasional night of dancing!
I think I am pretty easy to live with, I am laid back and get along with people easily; I've lived with my current housemate for 4 years, which I think is an endorsement! I also come with a Netflix and Amazon Prime subscription which I always intended to cancel... I am looking to share with another like-minded lady, who likes to keep the place fairly clean and tidy!
I'm currently working from home a couple of days a week, but have a desk set up in my bedroom - so can be flexible if you also need space for WFH purposes!
