More about the accommodation:
A Big beautiful old Georgian townhouse on a pretty, secluded square. High ceilings and wooden floorboards throughout except for the basement which is stone.
The living area is a large open plan kitchen / dining / living room with a nice open fireplace! All rooms also have a fireplace of sorts.
Great courtyard outside where we eat most days in the summer.
The room available is below:
- Medium sized room on the ground floor. It comes furnished with a double bed, cupboard and bedside table.
We are well connected to the city as we are a short walk from the Shadwell and Whitechapel stations.

More about the household:
We are a bunch of young professionals who all hang out together (even more so during lockdown!). We are sad to see our housemate Katie go, but we are sure we will find a good'n to fill his boots!
We are a community house and a key part of the house is cooking for each other and sitting together at meal times. We each cook one night of the working week and we also share food cupboards/fridge space/kitchenware etc.
The current housemates are as follows:
- Tim, 29, works in sustainability, loves being crafty and enjoys amateur drama.
- Lauren, 27, works for her church, keen runner and is into the arts
- Holly, 27, TV producer, brings back excellent snacks from shoots and loves Smooth FM. Loves being outdoors and cups of tea. Teas in the garden are an absolute winner for her.
- Nathan, 27, barista and musician. Silky smooth voice.
