More about the accommodation:
We have a single room available, approx 3.6x2.6m The house itself is a large semi-detached 4-bed in the heart of Balham, which if you are unfamiliar with this area is often regarded as one of the best places to live in London - metro.co.uk/2017/06/21/9-reasons-why-balham-is-the-best-place-to-live-in-london-6720393/ (I can also vouch).
The House is on Sarsfeld Road which is a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Common Station, Tooting Bec Common, Balham High Road, Balham Overground/Underground Station.
The room has just been renovated so although it is currently unfurnished, we have ordered a brand new single bed, chest of drawers and desk from Ikea (decent quality ones) and will put these together when they arrive next week. There is already a reasonably sized built-in wardrobe in the corner of the room. There is a bathroom just nextdoor which is handy.

We are a Christian Household.
The top half of the house (3rd and 4th floor) is being lived in by myself (28) and my wife (30) and we have our own private bathroom, kitchen and living room. I work for the House of Commons and my wife works as a Secretariat at a tech firm.
The room being advertised here is on the ground flood and if you were to live here you would be sharing a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area with one other person. There is actually one extra toilet downstairs so in total there's 2 toilets for the both of you. Currently the person that is living downstairs is a 25 year old Christian male although he will be moving to another area in January next year. When he does, we will look for another person to occupy his room :).
Despite us all being of relatively young age, this wasn't intentional, the room is very much open to people from all ages or backgrounds but it is important that you are a Church-attending Christian.
