1 Sutherland road is a cheeky stones throw away from university- we tested it! A great hosue converted into spacious and attractive aprtments. With a focus on good lounge/kitchens and also being able to enjoy a proper home, perfectly placed by uni and all the area offers. With parking available on street, couldnt be more convinient.
