The two storey flat is on the second floor, with 3 bedrooms, a shared kitchen, communal open plan lounge / dining area, with two bathrooms (Upstairs Bathroom inc Shower/Bath, WC & Basin, Downstairs inc Shower, WC & Basin) and terrace!

The room is the smallest within the flat, a comfortable size with a large window, furnished with a double bed, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table.
Money/Bills:

The closest Station to our flat is Putney Bridge Underground Station (District Line - Wimbledon Branch, Zone 2), which is about a 8 minute walk across the river. Travel into central London is easy and means most travel takes 1hr depending on changes.
National Rail:
About a 8min walk up the High Street is Putney Station (SWR, Zone 2/3), which can get you to Waterloo in 20-30minutes and stops at Vauxhall (Victoria Line) and Clapham Junction.
Walk:
About a 3 minute walk to Putney High Street; shops inc - Putney Exchange (Waitrose), Sainsbury’s & Tesco Express. Medical Centre, Pharmacy. We are also local to at least three great coffee shops for brunches and a few waterfront pubs for those summer days!
