Double room available in a lovely very new clean and tidy 4 bedroomed 3-storey home. It is on a new private estate of houses with a Facebook page and growing community feel. The double room is on the ground floor adjacent to a shower room/ toilet and utilities room/ small kitchen.A spacious kitchen/diner and lounge are on the first floor. Two professional Christian women in their mid twenties/early thirties are already living in the other two rooms. They keep the house quiet and very clean.
The house overlooks a river and a park with leafy trees.
It is a 25 minute walk into the centre of Bristol, buses are frequent and reliable.

Both of the current tenants are in full time day jobs. They are friendly, quiet and very clean and tidy. They live busy lives but are also friendly and open to chat. They are committed and active members of their churches. They do not smoke as this is a no smoking household.
