Terrace house. Very large bedroom and private shower room in the loft space.Use of all shared spaces. If lodger would prefer to eat with us and simply contribute to the food bill (£125 per month) that’s fine. All utilities included in the £400 rent.

We are a married couple Who are both school teachers. We have two daughters, who are both living at at university. We are very involved in our church, and some Wednesdays we host a Bible study group in our house. We enjoy hospitality, and would have no problem welcoming friends of a lodger to visit.
